Delivery Policy

Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted.

Orders received between Monday to Friday* are usually processed the same day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday*.

*Except New Zealand statutory holiday.

Delivery within New Zealand:

Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by Courier with track and trace. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery of your products, a dispatch email will be sent when the products are dispatched. Rural Delivery anywhere in New Zealand may incur additional freight costs; we will contact you prior to products being dispatched if there are additional costs.

International Delivery:

Deliveries will be made by New Zealand Post International, a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order. Please allow 5-10 working days delivery of your products, a dispatch email will be sent when the products are dispatched.

We deliver to Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Philippines, United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium. If you live in another country and would like to enquire about delivery and quote, you are welcome to contact us.

International Shipping Costs

Wholesale

Contact us for confirmation of freight rates and charges. Please note that there may be delays beyond our control due to customs clearance procedure in your country. You are responsible for purchasing products, which are lawfully able to import and for the payment of import duties and taxes of any kind levied in your country.


Returns Policy

We are sure you will love the products in our range, but if there is a problem with the product you can return the product and receive a refund, on the following conditions:

The customer must return products to Beebioskin.com in their original condition and in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date stated on the delivery documentation, with the relevant invoice number and returns number (to be obtained from Beebioskin.com ).

All products are returned to Beebioskin.com at the customer's risk. We recommend that you send the products by registered mail so that you have a record of the parcel, as Beebioskin.com accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to them.

Products must be adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled.

Products accepted for return will be credited at invoice value less any freight content. Beebioskin.com, however, reserves the right to apply a handling charge of 20% of invoice value.
